Since we've had cable TV, I've had the joy and disgust of seeing some of the shows that are on these days. We only have the cable because it makes it cheaper than just having internet alone. But, that being said, we don't use it all that much. I watch The Office on TBS and we use the normal channels, but that's about it. I have to say the things that America spends their money to produce is ridiculous. There was an advertisement for a show called "South Beach Tow". Really people, do we need to have a show about people getting their cars towed and getting angry about it? And that stupid toddlers and tiaras show makes me sick. What some people do to their children does not need to be publicly displayed like that. I can't believe that America is going to default...here's an idea- get rid of all these stupid TV shows and reality series that we're paying for (Yes, even the Office if you so choose) and use that money for something better. Then, people would have less of an excuse not to get out and move and exercise (me included).
